Q1. What are the delivery charges?
A. Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time
of order processing.
Q2. What are the estimated delivery times?
A. We generally dispatch orders within 48 -60 hours of receiving the order. The delivery usually
happens within 3-7 working days after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata,
Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver
between 4-8 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-
shipped orders are delivered to you between 7-9 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very
remote locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location &
geographical constraints.
Q3. On which days is delivery not available?
A. We don’t deliver on Public, national or bank holidays.
Q4. Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has
been placed?
A. Order has been placed but not dispatched.Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team at mail.benera@gmail.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order. Order has been placed and dispatched. Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and our policies are made to provide a better shopping experience for all our customers. If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then the order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return. Q5. How is it shipped to APO addresses ?
A. All APO addresses are serviced via India Post only as private courier services are unable to enter
defence establishments. Delivery time to APO addresses may vary from regular courier delivery time
period.
Q6. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship across the world. The shipping charges will be displayed at the time of placing the
order.
Q7 How will I get my tracking ID?
A. Post Dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. The same will
be available in your order details on www.oliveplanet.in
Q8. What if my order is returned?
A. Once we receive the shipment back in our warehouse, our customer relations team will reach out
to you to re- confirm the address and dispatch it.
Q9. Who will bear the shipping charges in case of a return?
A. Customer will bear the shipping charges back to the warehouse. Benera will bear the shipping
charges of the replacement
